*For customers looking for pre-construction designs (meaning no drywall is installed yet), we charge a design fee of $250.00-$500.00 depending on the scope of work.
These designs take 2-4 weeks to complete. Fees paid will be credited back only upon booking your installation. Design fees are non-refundable and considered payment for the completed design work.
1. Purge all unwanted items/inventory.
2. Tidy up closet by putting all hanging items together, all short dresses and skirts together, and all shoes together for inventory purposes.
3. Stop in our showroom to view our displays and products to determine overall project budget.
4. Isolate dogs upon your designer's arrival.
Your designer will be able to let you know when your designs will be completed at your scheduled appointment time.
Our designers review your needs in detail upon your initial appointment.
*We prefer to design in our office to better focus on your details, functionality, & optimal space utilization.
*We prefer not to stay in your home for 3-4 hours to design and take up your time, when you can be doing other things with your family.
*Depending on the number of designs, typically 7-10 days. They can be completed sooner depending on the scope of work and volume.
Typical design edits are allowed one time after you receive your designs with any changes you would like to make. Should you need anything after receiving the new revised design, we will make an adjustment. The changes should complete your design in order for us to schedule your installation.
Continued edit requests may take a longer period to complete thereafter. It's best to focus on finalizing your designs upon receipt with your designer to move forward.

Installation time frame will depend on our current lead time when you are ready for installation. This can be asked upon your initial call to set up your in-home consultation as it varies.
To prepare for your new custom storage designs:
*If your walls need painting, have this completed no later than 24 hours prior to your installation date.
*Empty all personal contents from areas of installation and out of the pathway for materials to be brought in.
*If wire racks are in place, they will be removed. The holes will be patched only. Touch up paint by the homeowner can be completed after installation. This service is not charged in your designs, it is a courtesy. It's always best to have the walls freshly painted if they have not recently been.
*Upon scheduling, be sure not to have movers or other contractors doing work in your home at the same time as it will interfere with getting your installation completed.
*Confine animals in your home to a safe space prior to installers arrival.
*Have the driveway clear of vehicles for installers to unload materials into your home.
*If your installation date needs to change, be sure to call the office within 2 weeks of your install date to best accommodate your needs at a later date & time.

Our custom cabinet systems can be cleaned by using Seventh Generation disinfecting spray or Windex with a clean rag. For more difficult stains, use a magic eraser.
